  1. If you’re new to Town and Country, we need to get you verified as a current California medical cannabis patient. Simply select the “Get Verified” button, and send us your information.  We will then confirm your recommendation with your doctor.  This process generally takes less than an hour during regular business hours, although in some cases verification may take longer. After we get you verified, we’ll send you a confirmation email (or give a phone call if you prefer). As soon as you recieve this confirmation, you are all set to place your order!
  2. Take a look at our online menu, and choose from our variety of high-quality cannabis flowers and products.
  3. Give us a call at 1-888-420-GUYZ (4899) to place an order or speak to a T&C staff member. Or you can use the “Quick Order” button on our website to send us your order online (IMPORTANT… YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT SET UNTIL YOU RECIEVE CONFIRMATION FROM A T&C STAFF MEMBER!)

1. CALL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO SET YOUR APPOINTMENT… Contacting us a day in advance helps us to give a time slot that works for you. (Town and Country will reserve your medication.) We will try our best to accommodate same-day orders if received before noon.

2. USE THE INTERNET… For repeat patients (verified, 2 or more deliveries), the easiest way to place your order is through the “QUICK ORDER” form on our website. Send us the same information listed above, and we will email or call to confirm your appointment.
2. PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE… If you don’t immediately get through, don’t get discouraged. We check our messages constantly, and respond in the order they were received. If calling to set up an appointment, please leave a brief message with the following information: name, city, phone number, date and times available, and desired medications (with amounts). We will return your call as soon as possible to confirm your appointment.

3. DONATIONS… Our drivers don’t carry large amounts of cash. Please try to have exact change if possible. If you are donating via credit card, please have an alternate form of payment available in case of technical problems.

4. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS AND OFFERS… Please let us know about any special delivery instructions (difficult to find location, extra discretion needed, etc.), as well as any special offers/discounts at the time you place your order. Note:  Patients can only get the “Daily Special” for the day they place their orders.
